- Refundable Items
- Refunds may be requested on ‘non-consumable’ items if damaged or otherwise in a non-usable state.
- A refund request must be submitted within seven days of receiving the item.

- Non-Refundable Items
- All sales of ‘consumable’ items including makeup products and pet food are final and non-refundable regardless if item(s) are opened or not.
- Return Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Refunds may be sent via USPS for the most cost effective solution.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Package must include the original item and a print-out of the invoice.
